Welcome to the Epsilon Epsilon chapter of Kappa Delta! Our members truly embody what it means to always strive for that which is honorable, beautiful and highest. You can find Kappa Deltas in every corner of Appalachian State University, from a research lab to a design studio to the student body president. Each member makes herself a stronger individual by constantly being surrounded by inspiring, confident and kind sisters.
Our chapter's philanthropy is one of the main cornerstones that makes us unique. We work directly with the Girl Scouts in the Boone area, inviting them over to our housing to celebrate International Girls Day and giving them campus tours. We give our time to the Girl Scouts, and we give financially to Prevent Child Abuse America. Epsilon Epsilon holds Shamrock events every year to raise money and awareness for our philanthropies. Epsilon Epsilon hosts a Shamrock pancake dinner to benefit Prevent Child Abuse America and the local Children’s Council of Watauga County. We also support the Confidence Coalition, a platform that shines a light on the importance of promoting confidence in women and girls.
Being a member of Kappa Delta has helped shape the lives of so many women and so many more to come. Kappa Delta is a place where every member is respected, given the opportunity to be a leader and truly grow as a person. The memories made here are sure to be some of the most cherished of our members' college years!
